For over 150 years, the Avon Inn has been a landmark for Livingston County. Added to the National Register of Historic places in 1991, the Avon Inn is truly a unique wedding venue providing upscale elegance with small town hospitality. Regardless of the size of your wedding or reception, the Inn provides a beautiful backdrop for your special day, from the ionic columns and wraparound porch to the manicured gardens, you and your guests will be whisked away to a bygone era.
We offer a climate controlled indoor ballroom that can seat up to 200 guests. Elegance and charm throughout the Inn will provide a nostalgic backdrop to your wedding day. For a truly memorable and exclusive event, you can rent the entire Inn, including 14 boutique hotel rooms to create your own destination wedding for family and friends. Customizable packages allow you to plan within your budget.
As an owner operated business, we pride ourselves on our personalized service to your event. We will be onsite for your event and help you coordinate your day to ensure it is flawlessly executed. We have painstakingly worked to provide an approved vendor list to make your planning easier, but afford you the choice to use your own vendors.
We are accepting bookings for 2019 & 2020, whether you are looking for a garden wedding in June or a winter wedding in December, the Avon Inn will provide a luxurious and classic backdrop for your event.

PACKAGES
INN WEDDING RECEPTION
$5,500
Exclusive use of first floor common area on the day of your wedding including bar area and lobby.
Bar closed to the public.
Complimentary blocking of hotel rooms. (Block released 60 days prior to event.)
Bridal suite included for the wedding couple the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding.
Complimentary room block for the remaining 13 rooms.
Use of our Timeline software to help create the timeline for the day of the wedding.
Day of Coordinator (set up of reception space, tablecloths, napkins etc…
Free parking.
ON SITE CEREMONY
$500.00
Includes set up of chairs for ceremony and coordination with vendors.
Day of coordinator to assist in rehearsal and day of events.
PACKAGES INCLUDE
All of the wedding packages offered at the Inn include:
• Tablecloths and napkins (select choices available)
• Wedding coordinator to be on site for the rehearsal and day of your service
• Use of the bridal dressing room located on the second floor of the Inn
• Paved parking lot (free parking)
• Free continental breakfast for overnight guests
• Due to Village noise ordinances receptions must end by 11:00pm
• Bar service provided by the Avon Inn (cash bar or open bar or combination)
• List of approved vendors. You can choose your own vendors also. You need Avon Inn, LLC prior approval for outside caterers and vendor must provide us with proof of licensing 30 days prior to event.

BOOKING
A $1000 non-refundable deposit & $500 security deposit are required to hold the date on any package.
A second payment totaling half of your total invoice is due 6 months prior to your wedding date.
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your event.
All packages are subject to sales and use tax.
Check in for hotel is 3:00pm and check out is 11:00am
