• Experience with credentialing systems
• Familiarity with NCQA, state, and federal credentialing requirements
• Customer service or call-queue support experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Validate completeness of provider applications before processing
• Conduct primary source verification for credentialing and re-credentialing
• Monitor and track site visits to ensure timely completion
• Accurately enter all necessary provider data into the credentialing system
• Respond to phone inquiries from internal and external clients
• Complete assigned projects as needed

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree (required)
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
• Ability to operate effectively in a structured, metric-driven environment
