Were looking for a Telecom Technician II with hands-on experience in fiber and cable infrastructure to support Clients telecom operations. This role involves fieldwork, installation, maintenance, testing, and ensuring high network reliability.
Must-Have Skills:
Cable Installation & Splicing
Fiber Optic Splicing / Fiber Deployment
Dark Fiber Experience
Splicer Technician background
Valid Drivers License
What Youll Do:
Install, maintain, and test telecom/fiber equipment
Perform fiber splicing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics (OTDR, characterization, etc.)
Follow telecom change/incident processes
Interpret schematics and technical manuals
Document work, updates, and system changes
Work independently or with small crews across multiple field locations
Ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in field environmentsincluding substations, outdoor sites, and varying weather.
