Our Front Desk Wellness Advisors are key to both the guest journey and our practice growth — welcoming guests, uncovering their WHY , guiding them to the right solutions, and helping them stay committed to their wellness long-term.

What You’ll Do

• Be the warm, welcoming face of City Cave — ensuring every guest feels cared for from arrival to departure.
• Discover each guest’s WHY and connect it to the right next step in their wellness journey.
• Educate guests on services and confidently recommend Intro Packs, Memberships, Rebookings, and Enhancements.
• Contribute to team goals of 30%+ conversions (with 40% as the stretch goal) for packages and rebookings, including massage.
• Invite happy guests to leave Google reviews, helping to grow City Cave’s reputation and reach.
• Support spa presentation — maintaining a polished, guest-ready environment at all times.
• Contribute to growth initiatives: capturing social media content, assisting with events, and collaborating with the team to deliver an exceptional experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year guest-facing experience in spa, wellness, fitness studio, or hospitality.
• Proven ability (or strong potential) in solution-based sales — turning guest needs into memberships, packages, and rebookings.
• Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to connect and build trust.
• Reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and driven to grow with the brand.
• Weekend and evening availability (Friday–Monday required).
