Position Title: CNC Machinist

Wage: $21.00 - $24.00/hour

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 1:30am

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate numerical control (NC) machines to cut, shape or form metal parts according to precise specifications

Requirements for CNC Machinist:
- 1+ year of related experience and/or training preferred
- 1+ years of experience with CNC machine operations such as drilling, grinding and milling
- High School Diploma or GED
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Proficient with hand tools and mechanical operations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in various units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
- Solid math skills for accurate measurements and conversions
- Competent in translating instructions into CNC commands
- Strong problem-solving skills for production-related issues
- Capable of metric-to-inch conversions
- Ability to address routine issues with standardized solutions
