About The Role As a Senior Motion Designer at Viridien, you’ll be a driving force in bringing our brand to life through visuals and motions, shaping how our cutting-edge data technology and geoscience innovations are experienced across digital, spatial, and interactive mediums. This role sits at the intersection of motion design and immersive storytelling—ideal for a designer who combines conceptual thinking with hands-on execution. We’re looking for someone who brings creativity, precision, and a passion for pushing design boundaries. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content that supports our global vision, translating complex ideas into dynamic visuals and motions that resonate across platforms. You’ll take projects from initial concept through final delivery, helping define Viridien’s identity in both digital and physical environments. What You Will Do Translate concepts and narratives into immersive motion graphics. Develop high-quality 2D and 3D motion, brand system motion principles- or product films, sizzles, and montages crafted with care and precision. Seamlessly adapt motion design across brand identity systems and interactive digital experiences Support rapid prototyping and storytelling through storyboards, animation tests, and environmental mockups. Collaborate with creative leads, designers, marketing, business and digital teams to bring storytelling and concepts to life. Foster an environment of shared learning and support to elevate collective creative output across motion mediums, including film, 2D/3D, and video content. Contribute to pitch decks, immersive presentations, and internal brand experimentation efforts. What You Bring A portfolio that demonstrates versatile motion design expertise. 6+ years of experience in visual and motion design, preferably within tech, or agency environments. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is essential, including advanced knowledge of animation and visual effects workflows. Advanced skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. Familiarity with Blender or Cinema 4D. Strong ideation, visual storytelling, and prototyping skills. Ability to move fluidly between 2D, 3D, and interactive environments. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams. Bonus: Experience working with AI Motion & video tools – Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Midjourney, Luma AI.
