  • Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm \n

\n Roles and Responsibilities: \n\n
    \n\t
  • Perform in-house servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs of company products using established procedures.\n\t
  • Conduct basic testing, calibration, and maintenance of repaired items.\n\t
  • Accurately log repairs and updates in internal systems and service databases.\n\t
  • Prepare and maintain documentation and reports on product failures, trends, and serviceability issues.\n\t
  • Assist with inventory tracking, parts ordering, and administrative coordination within the repair center.\n\t
  • Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.\n\t
  • Support communication between technical teams and field technicians (no direct customer contact required).\n

\nQualifications & Skills: \n\n
    \n\t
  • Highly organized and dependable with strong attention to detail.\n\t
  • Able to manage both technical and administrative duties with efficiency.\n\t
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.\n\t
  • Basic technical aptitude gained through education, training, or hands-on experience.\n\t
  • Proficient in using computers and software \n\t
  • Strong documentation and data entry skills.\n\t
  • Ability to follow standard procedures and safety protocols\n\t
  • Experience in a repair, production, or technical support environment is a plus.\n\t
  • Familiarity with service ticketing or inventory systems is helpful.\n\t
  • Basic understanding of electronics, hardware, or mechanical components\n
