Scott Electric has a current opening at our Youngwood, PA branch for a Full-Time Entry Level Project Manager in the Commercial Lighting division.

Candidates must have an aptitude for math and customer service, also detail oriented with organizational skills. The position requires a person who is highly motivated, a self-starter with excellent time-management abilities. This position requires long term commitment to developing knowledge in the lighting industry. You must have strong communication skills and be able to work in a highly stressful environment dealing in a very competitive industry.

Requirements:

• Advanced math skills are necessary to assure accuracy of change orders, billings, lot job reconciling and maintain profit levels

• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills a must, as you will be required to converse on a knowledgeable level with Electricians, Vendor Reps and General Contractors.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills are necessary to deal with construction schedules, expedite orders and meet deadlines.

• Calm and professional demeanor when handling stressful situations

• Must be a team player with confidence to work independently

• Critical thinking skills required to achieve best problem resolution for customer and company

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment

• Effective and efficient time and task management

• Ability to multi-task with keen attention to detail

• Customer service and sales enthusiasm

• Good track record of maintaining and managing excellent performance

• Must pass background check and drug screening.

• Microsoft Office expertise

To be successful, you must be motivated to achieve excellence, willing to work beyond the "8 - 5 schedule", and make sure the customer comes first with the understanding that customer service is the #1 priority.
