The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of experience in project management, business analysis, and Scrum methodologies. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Agile Scrum teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project goals and objectives are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and understanding of project requirements. Qualifications Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Strong background in project management and business analysis. Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Scrum Master certification is preferred. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
