Job Description

Position: Patient Monitoring IN OFFICE
Overview:
We are seeking an amazing individual to join our busy and thriving Family Practice! Our ideal candidate is efficient, energetic, and able to bring positivity into every interaction. You should be patient with great attention to detail, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced medical environment. This position is very data-entry driven.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing readings uploaded by patients into our monitoring app
Ensuring data transfers correctly into patient charts
Flagging out-of-range results for providers
Communicating regularly with patients, both in-office and via their medical portal
Meet with patients to help them get set up with the app and feel confident using it
Troubleshoot common issues over the phone or during office visits
Assist with scheduling when needed
Qualifications:
Must have excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation
Must be able to multi-task in a very busy environment
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Epic software experience preferred
Comfort with technology and patient education
A team player who is proactive, reliable, and patient-focused
Work Schedule
Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, FOLSOM OFFICE
Compensation
Starts range is $20-$21, depending on experience
