Responsible for directing vehicles for guests, employees and other visitors in a parking lot area. May handle scanning of mobile parking tickets. Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized. Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary. Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts. Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas. Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts. It is required of all Crew Members at the end of a show to participate in the “Post-Show Pick” responsibility. This involves a team effort to clear the venue of cans and plastics following each event. This “Post-Show Pick” effort ensures we are all aligned with our Zero Waste vision and a 70% diversion rate goal. Other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor. Qualifications: One-year previous guest service experience is preferred, with the ability to provide courteous, friendly and efficient service. Must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to express oneself in a professional, clear and concise fashion. Position requires constant walking and occasional sitting. Previous experience as a valet parking attendant/driver is preferred. A high school diploma/GED preferred.
