• Conduct Client Interviews – Gather medical records and accident reports to build case foundations.
• File Discovery Requests – Secure evidence through interrogatories and document demands from defendants.
• Prepare Settlement Proposals – Calculate damages for pain, suffering, lost wages, and medical expenses.
• Research Case Law – Analyze NJ’s Comparative Negligence Act to support liability arguments.
• Assist in Depositions – Draft question outlines for witnesses and opposing parties.
