You’ll be the primary sales contact supporting five Auto Value stores — Baraboo, Pardeeville, Randolph, Portage, and Reedsburg, WI — partnering with wholesale and non-wholesale customers to strengthen relationships, drive sales, and promote our industry-leading programs. You’ll be empowered to seek out and develop new accounts, making Auto Value the go-to source for parts and service in your market.
What You’ll DoProactively call on retail and wholesale customers across your assigned territory (Baraboo, Pardeeville, Randolph, Portage & Reedsburg) using a strategy developed with store leadership to make Auto Value their first call for parts.
Grow sales by developing new accounts through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
Stay informed of current sales goals, programs, and targets to hit and exceed objectives.
Complete sales transactions accurately while following company policies and procedures.
Provide timely, accurate reports to leadership.
Participate in ongoing training to deepen your product, program, and customer knowledge.
Represent Auto Value with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction.
Support store teams when needed to ensure great service for every customer.
High School diploma/GED plus at least 3 years’ experience in outside sales or the automotive parts industry (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
Proven success in sales, customer relationship management, and territory development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident presenter and negotiator.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Solid organizational skills and comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and similar tools.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
