Established in 2004, Access Property Development has been developing, constructing, and maintaining quality storage facilities for 15 years. Overseeing more then 200 properties across Canada, APD has provided a consistently high level of service while also cultivating beneficial relationships with established trade partners. As one of the first companies to offer the services of a fully in-house construction company, APD can control up to 50% of storage construction costs by providing a fully Licensed HVAC and Electrical division along with in-house Locker Installations and Project Management Services.

We are currently seeking Locker Installers, Locker Builder labourers and technicians . All safety gears and tools are provided by our company. Upgrading your skills and ongoing training will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Construction experience preferred

· Metal framing or drywall framing experience preferred

· Sheet metal or light gauge metal experience is preferred

· Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

· Travel between locations is required

· Independent and motivated

· Team Player who shows up to work daily

· Have strong communication and organizational skills

· Good physical stamina- ability to lift 50lbs

Compensation and Benefits:

· Full-time, day position

· Wages starting from $21-25 per hour

· 2 weeks paid vacation to start after probation

· Health benefits which include medical, dental, vision, and insurance coverage after a probationary period of 3 months

· Company tools and uniform provided
