Flight Watch Coordinator (Contract) - Kentucky

As a Flight Watch Coordinator , you will ensure seamless travel support for Crewmembers by reconfirming hotel and ground transportation arrangements, monitoring daily flight operations, and communicating updates to relevant teams. This is a contract role based in Florida with an opportunity to work in a fast-paced aviation support environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Daily Flight Activities
• Track operational flight status and rolling schedules
• Verify that ground transportation and hotel reservations are booked, confirmed, and reconfirmed
• Issue Resolution & Corrective Actions
• Implement immediate corrective measures if ground transportation fails to show or flights experience unexpected delays
• Coordinate alternate arrangements to minimize disruption
• Communication & Coordination
• Notify affected stations, vendors, and internal departments (GCC, Hotel Connections, Crew Scheduling) of any reservation changes
• Serve as a liaison between Manager on Duty (MOD), Crew Scheduling, and Travel & Hotel teams
• Customer Support
• Manage high volumes of phone calls and emails, providing professional, courteous support
• Address Crewmember inquiries and resolve escalations related to travel or lodging

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:
• 1–2 years in aviation support, travel coordination, or related field (preferred)
• Prior experience working with crew scheduling or airline operations a plus
• Skills:
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing flight statuses
• Proficient with reservation systems, MS Office, and email platforms
