As an MSP, we manage all aspects of our customers' IT infrastructure. Our helpdesk staff must be capable of troubleshooting and assisting remotely, from password resets to resolving critical all-user-out-of-work events. We are looking for candidates residing in the Atlanta, Columbia, or Charlotte areas. Eligible candidates must have: Proven experience in an MSP supporting small to medium-sized businesses Remote desktop support experience across diverse topics Experience with RMM, remote access tools, and MSP conventions Comfort working with non-technical users via phone, text, and email Knowledge of ticketing systems, ITIL standards, priorities, and SLAs Understanding of domain-based environments, group policy, etc. Knowledge of business networking: IPv4, VLANs, routers/firewalls, VPNs, VoIP This is not an entry-level position.
