Job Description

🚀 HR Coordinator – Launch Your HR Career with a Legacy Firm!

📍 Gainesville, FL | Full-Time | Entry-Level

Are you an energetic self-starter ready to make your mark in Human Resources? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, bring a “get-it-done” mindset, and love learning from experienced leaders? If so, this opportunity could be the perfect fit.

A respected Florida-based CPA firm with roots dating back to 1946 is seeking an HR Coordinator to support its growing team in Gainesville. This is a high-impact, high-growth opportunity for someone fresh out of college or with up to one year of experience who’s ready to jump in, digitize, organize, and become the right hand and protégé to a dynamic COO.

💼 What You’ll Do:

  • Report directly to the COO and support them in all areas of HR operations
  • Help modernize and digitize HR systems and processes
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, recruiting, training, and compliance
  • Play a key role in employee engagement and culture-building efforts
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Soak up knowledge and mentorship from a leader committed to your growth

🌟 What They're Looking For:

  • Recent college graduate or someone with 6 months to 1 year of HR, admin, or related experience
  • Strong work ethic—ideally someone who worked through high school and/or college
  • A natural go-getter with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take initiative

🏡 Grow with a Firm That Feels Like Family

This firm has built a reputation for delivering exceptional audit, accounting, and tax services with integrity and care. Clients often show appreciation with food trucks, homemade treats, and enduring relationships. Employees experience the warmth and support of a team that truly values its people.

Despite steady growth, the firm has maintained a small-town feel where mentorship, collaboration, and work-life balance remain foundational. As an HR Coordinator, you’ll be directly mentored by the COO—giving you a front-row seat to leadership and an opportunity to build a long-term career path.

This is more than an entry-level role—it’s the first step in an exciting, purpose-driven journey. If you're ready to learn fast, work hard, and grow with a team that treats you like family, this could be your next big move.
