Your Role: You'll be instrumental in driving local sales growth through prospecting, lead generation, networking, and community relationship-building. Identify coverage gaps in home and auto insurance plans and offer comprehensive solutions. Building strong relationships in your community is key to your success.

  • Qualifications: Must hold at least one active insurance license: Property & Casualty (P&C), Personal Lines, or Life & Health. New hires are eligible for licensing fee reimbursements.

Producers can earn between $80,000 - $120,000 annually with a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and annual bonuses.

  • Deliver Tailored Solutions: Conduct needs assessments to recommend the most suitable insurance products.
  • Be the Face of Allstate: Attend local events and represent Allstate with professionalism and care.

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of insurance sales experience.
  • Active Property & Casualty, Personal Lines, or Life & Health license.
  • A passion for networking and building relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and transportation.
  • Availability for full-time training for the first 3 weeks.
