Successful State Farm Agent, located in Flushing, NY, is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Insurance Sales Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member (sales experience preferred ).

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the office management to achieve both team and individual goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Qualifications

Insurance sales: 2 years (Preferred)


Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to make product presentations over the phone and in person to potential customers
  • Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance products
  • License/Certification:
  • Property and Casualty license
  • Life and Health license
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
