Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, providing high-quality behavioral therapy and support. This role is crucial in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting diagnostic evaluations, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities of our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Train and supervise staff in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Stay current with research, trends, and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
Requirements of our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
LBA in the state of NC.
Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
Proficiency in medical documentation practices and understanding of HIPAA regulations.
Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and behavioral therapy techniques.
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
Experience in patient care settings is a plus.
Familiarity with special education principles is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
