What You’ll Do: Greet customers with a smile and make them feel confident they’re in the right place. Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and turn that info into clear, detailed repair orders. Provide honest, transparent estimates that build trust. Partner closely with technicians to keep everyone on the same page and the work flowing smoothly. Keep customers informed and comfortable throughout their service experience. Manage parts orders and schedules to help our shop run like a well-oiled machine. Wrap up service orders efficiently while delivering friendly, professional payment interactions. What You Bring to the Table: Proven experience as a service writer in the automotive world (2+ years minimum) — you know the ropes and how to talk cars with confidence. Strong people skills — you’re a natural communicator who puts customers at ease. Sharp organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat. Tech-savvy with shop management software (Mitchell1, RO Writer, or similar). A genuine passion for cars and problem-solving. A driver’s license with a clean record. High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus!). Bonus Points For: Bilingual skills to better connect with our diverse community. ASE certification or automotive technical background. Experience with digital vehicle inspections (DVI). Ready to Drive Your Career Forward?
