Assistant Property Manager

Residential Housing

$36,000-$42,000 per year

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Newark, Ohio (onsite)

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Property Manager with daily operations, leasing, and resident relations
• Conduct applicant screenings, lease signings, and recertifications
• Manage rent collections, deposits, and financial reporting
• Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, and vendor services
• Maintain accurate resident files, reports, and compliance records
• Address tenant concerns, enforce policies, and assist with budgeting and audits
