Job Description

The Judge Group is seeking Warehouse Supervisors for a food distribution company in Wisconsin. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the daily operation of selection and loading of products to the company stores and maintaining the productivity level for hourly associates. He or she will be a role model and demonstrate the company’s core values and leadership model behaviors.

***MUST be open to second & third shift ***

Responsibilities:

• Communicates with other supervisors and the Assistant Manager on day-to-day operational activities
• Conducts safety audits and daily safety reviews
• Reviews daily manpower and production requirements and adjusts when needed
• Monitors loading dock policies and procedures
• Conducts order selection audits and letdown accuracy
• Ensures that production has the right amount of shipping materials
• Observes all inventory levels
• Reviews productivity and issues corrective action when needed
• Trains and develops hourly employees

Qualifications:

• Must have distribution experience and management training experience
• Must be an effective communicator in both written and oral form
• Prior leadership experience is a plus
• Must be flexible to work any hours or days (including weekends)
• Must be able to work off shifts
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
• Might be required to complete skills and ability testing
