Company Overview:

We are a leading and expanding wholesale supplier of mechanical parts , providing high-quality components to clients in industries such as HVAC, construction, manufacturing, and automotive. Our Pompano Beach location operates as both a storefront and warehouse distribution facility, offering walk-in support as well as shipping services for our South Florida customer base. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at this site.

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations at the Pompano Beach location, managing a team of warehouse associates and ensuring all inventory, shipping, receiving, and storefront activity is carried out efficiently and safely. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring prior experience in the wholesale, supply, or manufacturing industry , as well as the ability to operate forklifts and manage warehouse systems. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English and Spanish) , computer-literate, and capable of leading by example through coaching and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of at least 5 warehouse associates , ensuring productivity, accuracy, and safety
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to warehouse staff to maintain high operational standards
• Oversee receiving, storing, staging, and shipping of goods in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces across the warehouse and storefront
• Operate forklifts, including sit-down and cherry picker models , to move and stage materials
• Utilize and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports
• Monitor daily workflow and make operational adjustments to improve efficiency
• Communicate with the corporate office, logistics partners, and customer service teams regarding inventory levels, delivery updates, and product availability
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and troubleshoot operational challenges
• Ensure proper handling of returns, damaged goods, and claims in coordination with customer service
• Support walk-in customers at the storefront when needed, providing friendly and knowledgeable service

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising warehouse operations in a wholesale, supplier, or manufacturing environment
• Must have experience supervising and developing a team of 5 or more individuals
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish – required
• Certified or experienced in operating both sit-down forklifts and cherry pickers
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and general warehouse processes
• Comfortable using computers and systems for data entry, inventory tracking, and communication
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
• High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications in logistics, safety, or warehouse management are a plus
