Your Role
As a Verizon Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of one of the most trusted names in telecommunications, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a lasting impression. Some of your key responsibilities include:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their telecommunication needs and recommend Verizon’s top-tier products and services

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
