UX Writer (Senior Level)
Duration: 6 months
Location: Quebec / Montreal, QC
Work mode: Hybrid (1 day onsite)
Responsibilities
Ensure simple, consistent, and high-quality content design across digital platforms (informational, transactional, and mobile)
Collaborate with UX, UI, SEO, translation, IT, and product teams
Apply best practices in UX writing, SEO, and accessibility
Act as an advisor on digital projects aligned with business strategy
Be the guardian of Beneva's brand voice and tone
Monitor trends in content design and UX to proactively improve digital experiences
Participate in usability testing practices
Contribute to the evolution of UX writing methods and workflows
Build strong internal partnerships and represent expertise internally
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Linguistics, or a related field
6+ years of relevant experience in UX writing and digital content
Strong understanding of UX writing principles, SEO, and accessibility
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong background in digital product environments
Native or fluent French
Master's in Interaction Design (nice to have)
Experience with JIRA and Confluence (nice to have)
Knowledge of insurance and financial services (nice to have)
