As a Travel RN-NICU, you will need a valid RN license, a minimum of 2 years of experience in neonatal intensive care units, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR). Strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential. Experience with specific EMR systems and additional certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are recommended.
