This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Adoption Manager. In this role, you will help organizations maximize the value of their technology investments while aligning their business objectives with IT performance. You will engage with customers to analyze their needs, provide technical assessments, and deliver tailored recommendations that drive operational efficiency and success. Your expertise will foster a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Accountabilities

  • Planning to identify Customer's business and IT outcomes along with recommendations for technical capabilities and activities needed for success.
  • Conducting technology assessments to identify gaps impeding progress toward Customer's goals and provide prioritized recommendations.
  • Developing a future state roadmap and providing guidance to scale out Customer's environment.
  • Making recommendations to improve efficiency, resiliency, security, and sustainability for operational optimization.
  • Analyzing performance metrics to identify areas of potential system degradation.
  • Providing product optimization recommendations and rightsizing guidance for VMs and storage performance.
  • Conducting periodic peer comparisons of operations and processes against best practices.
  • Facilitating monthly touch points to ensure progression toward Customer's goals.
  • Performing executive business reviews to report on progress and upcoming milestones.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Software or SaaS Implementation or onboarding support.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, proactive with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate enthusiasm and execution.
  • Strong teamwork spirit, being supportive and proactive.
  • Any relevant certifications (VCP, CKA, ITIL, AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in English speaking and writing skills.
