Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Team Leader Face‑To‑Face Fundraising located in Delhi, OH. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of fundraisers, planning and executing fundraising campaigns, conducting daily briefings, and setting performance targets. The Team Leader will also ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards and provide regular reports on fundraising activities and outcomes.
