We’re looking for a  creative, analytical, and forward-thinking Social Media Manager to shape and scale our content strategy across all platforms. This is a high-ownership role with direct access to the founder, creative freedom, and massive potential for growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and execute the content strategy for both @tashafranken and @tfstudio
• Manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Threads
• Write sharp, on-brand captions with a strong hook and clear CTA
• Analyze performance and translate insights into smarter content decisions
• Ideate, brief, and coordinate production for Reels, carousels, trends, and graphic content
• Support influencer partnerships, outreach, and social campaigns
• Collaborate closely with Tasha and our editor to maintain a premium and cohesive brand aesthetic

You Are:

• A social-savvy storyteller with 3+ years experience in content or social strategy
• Highly organized, obsessed with trends, and deeply aesthetic
• Strategic and creative — you love data  and design
• A clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Comfortable writing captions in Tasha’s tone of voice (sharp, aspirational, wellness-driven)
• Proactive, responsive, and a true self-starter — you don’t wait to be told what to do
