Shell Building Construction Project Manager
SeaState Land Services – Southwest Florida
Salary: $80,000–$90,000/year
Benefits: Truck stipend, percentage of net profit

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Shell Building Construction Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will schedule, oversee, and manage all required subcontractors for the shell building process. You’ll be working on a variety of residential projects, ensuring all phases are completed on time, within budget, and to code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors for all phases of shell construction 
• Oversee slab masonry, block masonry, interior & exterior framing, driveway, and sidewalk pours 
• Manage project budgets and timelines 
• Ensure all work passes municipal inspections and meets quality standards 
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members 
• Track project progress using Excel, Word, Adobe, and QuickBooks

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience 
• Valid driver’s license 
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Adobe, and QuickBooks 
• Proven ability to pass inspections per municipal requirements 
• In-depth knowledge of slab masonry, block masonry, framing, and concrete work 
• Strong organizational and communication skills
