🚨 Now Boarding: Senior Project Manager | $62M Airport Hangar Rebuild | Teterboro, NJ 🚨

✈️ The Opportunity:

We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a $62 million redevelopment of three high-spec aviation hangars at Teterboro Airport —a project that will reshape the skyline and redefine standards in aviation infrastructure. This is your chance to take the controls on a career-defining build from precon to handover, working with a seasoned GC and specialist aviation subcontractors.

🛫 What You'll Be Doing:

As the driving force onsite, you'll:

• Own the full lifecycle of the project – from mobilisation to closeout
• Lead a site team of Supers, APMs, and Field Engineers
• Coordinate directly with aviation authorities, airport stakeholders, and private aviation clients
• Deliver under tight FAA/Port Authority compliance
• Run weekly progress meetings, drive cost control, schedule, and safety
• Ensure the build is air-tight—both structurally and programmatically

🔧 Your Flight Plan (What We’re Looking For):

• Proven experience leading ground-up projects over $50 million
• Must have prior aviation sector construction experience – airport terminals, hangars, control towers, or MRO facilities
• Strong leadership across cross-functional field and office teams
• Ability to navigate FAA regulations, airport access protocols, and airside operations
• Familiarity with LEED certification is a plus

Preferred Certifications:

• OSHA 30-Hour
• ACI (Airport Certified Inspector)
• CM (Certified Member) - AAAE
• NFPA 409 Familiarity (Standard on Aircraft Hangars)

📍 Location:

You’ll be based onsite at Teterboro Airport (TEB) – one of the busiest private aviation hubs in the country. This role is not remote and requires full commitment to daily site presence.

• Base salary: $180,000–$220,000 depending on experience
