A Fortune 500 client is looking for a Senior BA at their Alburtis, PA location. This Sr. BA will be leading a small team of 4 direct reports and help drive cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and deliverables for IT solutions. The Sr BA will provide business and technical expertise to teams that are responsible for assessing, designing, delivering and supporting IT solutions. This person will be a key relationship holder to customers/stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of projects, conflict resolution and more. This person will work in a technical aspect and should be able to provide input on requirements, creating data driven visualizations and presenting findings to leadership. This person should have an understanding of supply chain, IT, or manufacturing environments and be eager to jump into a fast-paced environment.
