Reports To: Senior Director

Location: Remote/Flexible - we can only consider candidates located in CA, WA, OR, IL, MD, MA, MN, NY, OH, PA, TX, AZ, GA and SC. Offices are located in Los Angeles and Seattle.

Total Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000

The Senior Consultant is responsible for the project management flow, developing research materials and gathering client feedback where appropriate within several client accounts. The Consultant partners with Directors to develop client leadership and consulting skills on increasingly complex clients and projects. This person also manages several direct reports.

What Youll Do:

Client Impact:

• Develop expertise in acting as a trusted partner to clients

• Lead the internal project success throughout Project Lifecycle

• Own creation of applicable research materials, such as respondent homework, discussion guides, questionnaires, and tab/banner specs

• Oversee QA checks on programs, tab specs, and reports

• Lead analysis and storytelling on qualitative and quantitative data

• Create report draft based on analysis review against the Analytic Plan

• Attend and present at the presentation of final report

Team Impact:

• Manage several direct reports

• Lead and encourage direct reports to accomplish personal and company and team goals

• Provide clear expectations of work performance, and regularly provide positive and constructive feedback and coaching to help direct reports reach their full potential in their roles

• Identify training and growth development needs for direct reports and create learning plans with clear goals and timelines for completion

• Address individual and team conflicts when needed in a prompt, professional manner

• Conduct annual performance reviews

What You Have:

• 5+ years direct market research experience at a market research agency

• Experience with a variety of methodologies within quantitative (segmentation, conjoint, thought leadership, etc.) and qualitative (focus groups, in-depth interviews, etc.)

• Experience with variety of industries and audiences (B2B and technology hardware/software experience preferred)

• Ability to lead both quantitative and qualitative research projects from start to finish, anticipate next steps, identify problems and suggest how to fix them

• Strong collaborator with ability to bring people along and move projects forward
