Danfoss is looking for a Senior Consultant Teamcenter (Senior Developer) to support and enhance PLM services within Group Digital & IT.
Youll develop and customize Teamcenter solutions, ensuring technical excellence and data integrity.
This role involves close collaboration with architects and global teams to drive the OnePLM journey.
Youll work from Danfoss LEED Platinum-rated Oragadam campus, a center of innovation and sustainability.

Job Responsibilities
  • Configure, customize, and build Teamcenter solutions based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Business and Solution Architects to develop prototypes and implement quality solutions.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues within the PLM environment.
  • Ensure data integrity and provide solutions for inconsistencies.
  • Develop high-quality code with minimal supervision, adhering to best practices.
  • Create and execute unit and functional test cases for implemented solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Contribute to the success of the OnePLM journey through technical excellence.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of development experience in Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA).
  • Hands-on experience with AWC configuration and customization.
  • Strong PLM domain knowledge including BMIDE, NX, data migration, upgrades, and SAP integrations.
  • Proficient in Java, C/C++, ITK, SOA, AWC (AngularJS, HTML5/CSS3), BMIDE, and SQL scripting.
  • Familiar with Teamcenter modules like Schedule Manager, Workflow Designer, Access Manager, and Change Management.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and best practices.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Teamcenter infrastructure, Dispatcher, and Translator is a plus.
