AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Aviation Project Manager to join their team in Southern California. The role involves coordinating and participating in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors, drafting complex professional service agreements, and ensuring project team compliance with contract terms. The manager will monitor subcontractors' progress, resolve payment disputes, develop and manage project quality assurance and administrative procedures, and monitor schedules, billings, and reports. Responsibilities also include identifying new business opportunities, coordinating project presentations, maintaining communications with clients and regulatory agencies, supervising project managers and technical staff, conducting training workshops, mentoring, and reporting financial status of projects. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (Graduate degree preferred), professional registration in the field, and at least ten years of experience including four years as a project manager. Strong interpersonal, public speaking, project financial management, and team management skills are required.
