As a Security Professional - Patrol Unarmed in Boulder, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment within an aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help discourage unwanted activity, and providing outstanding customer service to all personnel and visitors. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, respond promptly to incidents, and document your observations as needed. This is a driving post, so you will be required to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Position Type: This Shift is 1 of 2 for a Full Time Position. 

Pay Rate: $24.82 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe for any unusual or suspicious activity within the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while upholding Allied Universal standards.
• Document and report incidents, observations, and/or maintenance needs according to site protocols.
• Support emergency response efforts and follow established procedures for the location as directed.

• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
