Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead cross-functional agile teams, drive sprint execution, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with business strategy. Must be highly organized, proactive, and strong in facilitation, communication, and problem-solving. Required Qualifications 8+ years Scrum Master experience + 2+ years agile project experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. CSM or CSP (CSP preferred). Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and lead teams toward common goals. Key responsibilities Lead and coach agile teams; ensure sprint execution and delivery.
