About The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated professional to work as a Scrum Master in a strategic role, joining an innovative project that is revolutionizing the commercial real estate and property technology space. Hybrid opportunity: This is a hybrid opportunity (4 days at the office) in NYC. Responsibilities Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage sprint cycles for a team focused on developing technology solutions for a global real estate portfolio. Work to remove any impediments that hinder the development team’s progress, helping to deliver cutting‑edge solutions for tenants, residents, and stakeholders. Utilize tools such as JIRA and Monday to manage workflows and projects. Promote and support a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, ensuring the team is responsive to the dynamic real estate market. Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and best practices while building technology that enhances the “live, work, and play” experience. Your experience is much more than a technology checklist. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
