Scrum Coach – HPC We’re seeking an experienced Scrum Coach to help high-performance computing (HPC) teams deliver complex technical solutions with focus, collaboration, and agility. You’ll coach engineers, analysts, and leaders to adopt agile principles, improve delivery flow, and drive continuous improvement across compute and infrastructure programs. Key Responsibilities Coach and mentor multiple agile teams within HPC programs. Facilitate effective sprint ceremonies and ensure outcomes drive real value. Remove blockers, encourage ownership, and foster a culture of learning. Partner with technical and delivery leaders to enhance planning and predictability. Use agile metrics and retrospectives to guide improvement and performance. Support scaling agile practices across the wider engineering organization. About You Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and agile delivery in technical settings. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable progress. Proven success coaching technical or platform teams. Adaptable, collaborative, and outcome-driven. Preferred Experience 8+ years in agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead). Familiarity with High Performance Computing (HPC) or large-scale engineering systems.
