This role is a direct hire with a growing security company. CoreHR Services is supporting recruitment as part of our HR services.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across Miami and surrounding areas. This role focuses on selling a blend of traditional security guard services and AI-enhanced robotic security solutions. The ideal candidate brings experience selling security, facilities management, or building-related services, and has strong consultative selling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new clients across multiple industries including property management, commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, and logistics.
• Conduct needs assessments to customize integrated security solutions for each client.
• Present and demonstrate autonomous robotic security units and their AI capabilities to prospective customers.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing, and RFP responses.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technology, and leadership) to ensure seamless service implementation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in security, building management, property services, facilities management, or similar service-based industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing mid- to large-scale service contracts.
• Strong understanding of security service models; tech-forward mindset and willingness to learn AI/robotics solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to conduct in-person client visits across the Miami metro area.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• CRM experience required; Salesforce or HubSpot preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling AI-driven or technology-enhanced products/services.
• Existing network within property management, commercial real estate, or facilities operations.
• Familiarity with security staffing models and related compliance requirements.
