As champions of the “Bob’s Way” our Sales Associates - Retail Guest Experience Specialists find satisfaction in assisting customers with their interior design needs, offering world class customer service with a low pressure, honest, gimmick free and enjoyable shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers, uncovering their home furnishing needs, helping them make their design vision a reality, providing world class customer service, building rapport with clients, developing and maintaining a customer base through networking and follow up, and generating sales through a low-pressure consultative approach. Required qualifications include being energetic, self-motivated with exceptional interpersonal, listening and communication skills, bilingual a plus, ability to network and build relationships, competitive and goal oriented nature, flexibility to work a 5 day retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, basic computer skills, and strong organizational skills. Previous retail commission based sales experience is a plus but not required.
