Our expansion will introduce a state-of-the-art Plaza on the campus of Baylor Scott and White Medical Center- College Station, tailored to accommodate the evolving needs of our rapidly growing population. Among its highlights, the plaza will include clinic space for various medical specialties and therapies.

Anticipate a host of enhancements, including lab, expanded sleep center, outpatient surgical center and shell space earmarked for future growth.
\n \n \nThis position will support both the main operating room and the Plaza's Ambulatory Surgery Center.
\nFacility: Baylor Scott and White Operating Room and Plaza- College Station, TX
\nDepartment: Pre-Op
\nShift/Status: Full Time, 40 hrs./wk. plus call schedule
\nSchedule: Day Shift (Shift will vary, as this position will rotate between the main pre-op department and pre-op department in the Plaza)

\nAs a Procedural Registered Nurse, work as a licensed professional using the nursing practice model to oversee patient care. Responsibilities include assessing patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, and developing personalized care plans. Regularly assess patient responses. Contributions help patients navigate healthcare safely by understanding their needs and the system. This prevents complications and delays. Delegate tasks based on Texas nursing laws, patient conditions, and staff skills.
