Restaurant Manager – Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Salary: $45,000–$48,000 + Quarterly Bonus

We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Restaurant Manager to help lead a fun, fast-paced team in Palm Beach Gardens! This role is all about great leadership, great food, and creating an environment where guests and team members alike feel right at home.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example. You’ll motivate, coach, and inspire your team every day, fostering a positive and productive environment.
• Drive results. Use your business sense and local connections to grow sales and strengthen guest loyalty.
• Keep things running smoothly. Oversee P&L, budgets, inventory, and ordering to maintain solid cost control.
• Deliver top-notch quality. Ensure every plate, sandwich, and side leaves the kitchen looking and tasting its best.

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in restaurants — management, supervisory, or team lead roles all count.
• Experience in QSR or fast-casual dining is a plus, but not required.
• Working knowledge of back-of-house operations and food production.
• Strong work ethic and a true “run it like you own it” mindset.
• Clear communication skills and solid basic math abilities.
• A positive, upbeat attitude that keeps the team motivated and guests smiling.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
