Popular and successful Seafood concept is looking to upgrade, and needs a hands-on leader with high energy to help with the changes. This concept takes care of the locals, so a great personality with the desire to provide great service, food, and cocktails, is a must. Bar experience is a plus. Would prefer someone local to Denton. You must have the capabilities to source, hire, and develop the new team that will be taking this concept in its new direction.
