The Commercial Service Providers position is crucial for ensuring that our organization effectively meets the needs of our clients through high-quality service delivery. This role involves managing relationships with various service providers to optimize performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating service provider performance and implementing strategies for improvement. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client expectations and business objectives. Ultimately, this position aims to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth through effective service management.

As a Commercial Cleaner your responsible for maintaining very detailed routine cleaning for our clients in various buildings as well as organizing and restocking work vehicle daily, cleaning tools and equipment daily, as well as helping with daily laundry.

Proposed pay for Commercial cleaners, starting at $20

We are looking to hire a cleaner who can work independently and efficiently. As our Ideal candidate, you should have cleaning experience and an eye for detail. As a Commerical cleaner you're responsible for maintaining very detailed routine cleaning for our clients' offices and commercial buildings, maintaining organized and restocked work vehicle, storage areas, cleaning tools and equipment and helping with office laundry daily.

For Commercial cleaners, starting at $20

Hours include Sunday - Thursday or Monday - Friday:

Full Time: 5pm - 1:30am or 3rd shift 1am - 9:30am

Weekend extras as needed:

Saturday 10-2pm

Responsibilities:

• You will maintain the cleanliness and safety of our clients' businesses
• Adhere to all company policies and training protocols.
• Report and notify manager of repairs to equipment and tools
• Report any concerns or questions from our clients to our customer care line
• Load and unload vehicle for work
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens, wiping down all glass
• Cleaning glass doors, panels and edging
• Dusting windowsills, countertops, chair base, side rails and edges and ledges
• Operate standard cleaning machines and equipment: - various vacuum cleaners, mop and bucket, bucketless mop, broom, glass cleaning tools, high dusters, carpet extractor, and steamers.
• Use standard cleaning products from our dispenser and office storage
• Remove trash and recycling and place in designated areas upon client request
• Lock and secure buildings at completion
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Inspection before leaving job site
