Job Description

Remote Systems Administrator needs 5-10 plus years as a Systems Administrator
Remote Systems Administrator requires:
-Logistics experience
-Retail experience
-Hands on system experience; issue logging and tracking and communicating with stakeholders
-System testing experience
-Trade compliance experience (ex: Datecart) experience is a plus

Remote Systems Administrator duties:
-Assist with application deployments and on-boarding
-Maintain functional knowledge of Logistics processes and platforms
-Facilitate post-change validations to ensure desired outcomes were achieved
-Compile & present benefits of system patches/upgrades. Manage testing (with IT engagement)
-Field incoming requests or problem tickets from end-users to resolve application issues
-Facilitate continuous improvement efforts with business partners and IT, improving functionality and efficiency
-Communicate updates and escalations to stakeholders
-Coordinate across Logistics, IT, and application providers in support of issue resolution
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 40.00 Per Hour
