We are looking for a professional and highly organized Client Services Coordinator – Travel to serve as a key point of contact for client communications, travel documentation, and booking support. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between travel advisors and clients to ensure timely responses and follow-ups
  

• Coordinate travel documentation, invoices, confirmations, and itinerary details
  

• Monitor key deadlines and assist with client reminders for payments or required forms
  

• Respond to client inquiries and resolve basic questions related to bookings and services
  

• Maintain accurate records of client profiles, preferences, and communication history

Requirements:
