Recruiter (Remote - US Based)

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team. This position is fully remote and operates as part of a split-desk staffing model. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and presenting talented candidates to our Account Management team. This role requires versatility in recruiting for a variety of positions, including labor, skilled labor, technical, and professional roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain job descriptions and position requirements from clients
• Develop and post position listings on various platforms
• Source candidates using multiple methods to build a strong talent pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone or virtual interviews, and performing reference checks
• Coordinate interviews and collect feedback throughout the hiring process
• Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating employment terms
• Maintain communication with candidates to obtain required information and documentation
• Stay informed on current recruiting trends and best practices
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and hiring process
• Represent the company at job fairs, trade shows, and other events as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
• 35 years of recruiting experience

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Proactive problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset

Work Environment:

This is a remote position. Candidates must have a professional home workspace suitable for video and voice calls, including a computer, monitors, and printer. The role requires self-motivation, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team.
