As a first point of contact, it is essential that the receptionist project a polite, helpful and professional image at all times. Excellent customer service is essential. Discrete and polite telephone manner. Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
Cover all front desk duties: greet clients, answer/route calls, relay messages, handle mail/deliveries, sort, distribute and post mail, schedule appointments, setup deliveries by messenger, UPS, order/stock office supplies, handle copy and postage machines, copy, scan, faxing, client communications for case intake, completing initial file setup and all other assigned secretarial tasks, including marketing and promotion skills.
